There will be no tickets available on the gates on the days, they are pre-purchase only.
Once purchased, your tickets will be available in your digital wallet or posted to you, depending on your preference.

If we’ve sold out, we may have to disappoint you. Please ensure you buy sufficient tickets in advance.
Once you’ve bought your tickets, we won’t be able to offer refunds, so please make sure that anyone you’ve bought a ticket for can attend and enjoy the day.
The parking areas will open at 8am, and you’ll need to remove your car by 7pm.
Yes! We have limited camping pitches available on site, visit the camping page of the event for full details.

We’d love to see everyone in person! Everyone’s welcome - there’s lots to see, and you can make new car memories with us.
Sorry, but we don’t admit dogs to the site or permit them to be left in vehicles, so please leave them at home.

Present your tickets at the gate from 9.30am and enjoy the show and live auction throughout the day. The show will conclude by 5.30pm.

Yes, there will be a good range of food and drink options to suit most dietary requirements. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to avoid queues or meet specific needs.
Yes - please ensure you bring sufficient medication for your needs throughout the day and early evening.
There are no water points available on site, please either bring enough to keep you hydrated or purchase beverages from one of the multiple stands around the venue.
We’ll have a range of activities to encourage families - young and old - to play, learn, and enjoy areas dedicated to wildlife, science, and the future.
No particular dress code, but please keep an eye on the weather forecast and bring clothing to suit. Sun cream, hats, wellies, umbrellas, or flat caps - and make sure you have comfortable shoes for walking!
Yes, there will be some filming of the event to help us share it with others and show what they missed.
No, drones are not permitted to be flown anywhere on site.
Sharp knives, drugs, illegal highs, fireworks, and excessive alcohol are all prohibited. Please don’t bring these to the site for your safety and that of others.
We won’t have tickets for direct resale, but you may be able to access re-sale tickets. Only buy from the link on our website to avoid scams. We will not sell tickets elsewhere or run competitions for tickets, so please don’t fall for fake pages. We can’t be responsible for any losses or disappointment arising from tickets purchased elsewhere.

The Mathewson family will curate the lots some weeks before the show from our usual enquiries. If you have an item to sell, select SELL AN ITEM on our website and follow the instructions.

No, all lots will be listed on our website, where you can view videos, more information, and photographs.
All lots will be available at our Pickering site, where you can view paperwork, ask questions, and see the items in person.
Simply raise your hand! We’ll have staff available to take your details if you’re the winning bidder.
Let us know in good time - by 12 noon on Friday 21 August - and we can register you for an absentee bid. We may also have a limited number of phone bidder slots available. You’ll still be able to bid online, subject to the 1% online bidding surcharge.
Payment is expected on all items on the day of the auction. Vehicles and bikes require a 20% part payment by debit card, and memorabilia lots require full payment. Please note: we do not accept cash or credit card payments.
After making your part payment, the balance must be paid in full within 48 hours. If you need to transfer funds, please arrange this in advance to meet our terms.
Once paid in full, memorabilia items can be taken home. Vehicles will return to our Pickering site for collection or delivery arrangements. We can recommend transporters if needed - typically around £1.50 plus VAT per mile (one-way). Please obtain a quote to ensure it suits your needs.
Please arrange collection either on the day or from our Pickering site after the show.
Collection is required within 14 days after the auction date.
Yes, we can send you a list of trusted transporters who can deliver your vehicle or bike. Just ask, and we’ll email it to you.
