The Vendor has provided the following:

  • 1972 Kawasaki 750 h2
  • Engine rebuild by Dave “Higgspeed” Higgs
  • Rebore to first oversize
  • Wossner pistons
  • Crank rebuild - new crankshaft seals & new conrods by Gary Clarke
  • New head/barrel bolts
  • Petrol tank professionally cleaned and flowlined by Jim Boulby “the tankman”
    £360.00 - (the paint has blistering from the American sunshine)
  • New clutch plates & cable
  • New triple intake rubber
  • New exhaust rubbers
  • New engine mount bolts
  • New stand springs
  • New tyres (still on Takasago rims)
  • New battery
  • Original chain oiler
  • Very good chrome for the year
  • The tank has blistered in the American sun, but is very solid
  • The plan was to ride in summer, & restore the paintwork in winter, but I've concluded that, at 70, it's too heavy for me
  • 2 miles since rebuild
  • Neutral light bulb (or earth) faulty
