Current V5 present. Paperwork includes an Application to register a vehicle showing a VIN, correspondence from the Biggar Albion Foundation LTD, and printed photographs of the vehicle.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be a 1917 Albion A10; please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Albion produced six thousand A10, 32hp army trucks during 1914 / 1918, for the First World War
  • This Albion is a very rare brass radiator 1917 bus chassis with the smaller rear wheels
  • Restored in 2022, new wooden body, engine, and gearbox stripped and checked, new chains/sprockets, original solid tyres, and new exhaust system
  • It has a petrol four-cylinder engine with a three-speed and reverse gearbox, chain driven to the rear wheels, all the side windows are removable for summer outings or for wedding photos, and it has been part of an Albion Vehicle collection on display for the last three years

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 28 January 2026 - Tuesday 3 February 2026. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
