• 6 Speed manual gearbox, heated leather seats, air conditioning, Bose 6CD stereo, factory limited-slip differential, and sports suspension. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres. Lots of paperwork. MOT'd to October 2026
• Bought from Matthewsons in February as a mini project to replace my MK1 MX-5 for the spring/summer

A lot of work had already been completed by the previous owners (10 years apiece), but I have since carried out the following jobs before completing a 1000-mile trip around Scotland in April

• Full engine service, including gearbox oil change
  
• New rocker cover gasket
  
• Sill covers removed, body cleaned and protected
  
• Underside cleaned, wire brushed and undersealed
  
• Front and rear brake callipers stripped, cleaned and regreased
  
• Deep clean inside and out
  
• Seatbelt guides replaced with upgraded Mazda ones
  
• Bluetooth streaming module fitted to the radio
  
• Roof deep cleaned, recoloured and treated with protectant
  
• Leather seats cleaned and treated
  
• Rear arch liners removed, cleaned underneath and undersealed
  
• Wheels deep-cleaned and protected with sealant
  
• Roof and sill drains flushed through
• The car was driven to the auction
