NOT REGISTERED. Paperwork includes Italian documentation, printed photographs of the vehicle, a previous vehicle advertisement, a Brooklands Road Test Portfolio, a buyer's guide, and invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Full nut and bolt restoration of the Fiat 500
  • Original Italian registered left-hand drive car
  • First registered 4 Aug 1969, all original paperwork, including Italian first registration certification
  • Owned by the same family until 2016, when purchased and brought to England, where the vehicle was used on the classic car show scene for two years as a demo vehicle for a detailing company
  • Full restoration started at the start of lockdown down which includes:
  • A complete strip-down of the car
  • Acid dip and blasted
  • New panels installed where necessary
  • A completely new drive train, engine, and gearbox upgraded to 600cc, and a synchro box
  • No expense spared by Middle Barton garage, one of the leading Fiat specialists in the UK
  • All mechanical components were upgraded or replaced with new, interior reupholstered sympathetically where possible, all originality that came with the car was kept and reinstalled where required
  • Finished off in striking bright white paintwork, red mohair pull-back roof, red interior, and the magnificent tricolour blaze emblazed on the front

  • by 5pm on Wednesday before the auction for lots going through on Thursday
  • by 5pm on Thursday before the auction for lots going through on Friday

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 1 October 2025 - Tuesday 7 October 2025. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
