Registration: 145 XVG
Engine Size (cc): 1489
Year of Manufacture: 1955
Date First Registered: 13/09/1955
Current V5: YES

You can view from: Wednesday 14 May - Tuesday 20 May 2025

Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a Workshop Manual, two previous V5s, a old MOT certificate, and an invoice.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1955 previously restored (2012?)
  • It has several spares included, like gearbox, starter motor, service parts, etc
  • Also the sun visors are removed with new spare headlining to see on? I believe the headline was refurbished at some point
  • I bought the car recently, but Ill health is forcing me to move it on again
  • The engine is converted to a single carb, but I purchased two more carbs and a matching MG manifold to modify back
  • The car came from Ireland some years ago, and I think the plate was changed as an original is still fitted underneath the current one!
  • It is basically an old renovation with no rust other than a few blemishes showing on the rear doors now
  • I’m very disappointed in selling it on and have joined MGOC, ready to go to events. Oh well. Enjoy it
