Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a previous V5, MOT certificates, printed photographs of the car, previous insurance documents, a valuation certificate, Owner's Club magazines, an Owner's Handbook, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • I bought this from a friend for £7,000 in Oct 1997 (some photos included), as you can see from old receipts in around 1993/4 it had been through a refurb covering engine/new soft top/new wheels, etc, for circa £3,000
  • The car has been garaged for 29 years. It has been through MOT (9/3/26), serviced, and any maintenance needed carried out (last(2025) being new battery & fuel pump cleaned), some improvements, such as electric ignition, have been made, but other than that, the car is original
  • It is fair to say that there is some paintwork to be repaired/some blistering/improved, bumpers to be cleaned up/rechromed, but generally a solid car that has caused me very limited issues in the 29 years I have owned it
  • As a Heritage vehicle (road tax exempt), I have insured it via a specialist insurer on a non-mileage policy and have generally driven it for pleasure only in the summer months with the roof down (hard top stored in a garage), original 3.0 V8 still sounds great
