Paperwork includes a Large folder containing an Insurance Agreed Valuation Certificate, a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Production Record Trace Certificate, printed specifications, Keeper history, previous V5s, promotional material, a Rebuild Cost Guide, MOT certificates, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Mg midget very solid, was fitted with a new heritage shell and put back on the road in 2002
  • Paint work is still good, but thin in places
  • Engine reconditioned by Autosprint to mild road specification
  • 266 cam, lightened and balanced flywheel
  • HIF44 card
  • Electronic ignition
  • Changed the diff to 3.5 for better cruising
  • Peter may springs, rear lowering blocks, front line suspensions, and lowered oil springs
  • Modified dashboard and MX5 seats
  • The engine rattles on start-up when cold
  • Slight oil leak on the rear of the engine

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
