The vendor has provided the following:
2004 Bike 36,000 miles Good condition for the year
Complete and standard (except for the new/replaced rear brake pipe and rear tyre hugger)
Lovely bike (very fast, comfortable riding position)
Have owned this bike for the last 10 years. (Kept in house for first 3 years, always garaged for last 8 years)
Always kept MOT'd, Taxed, and Insured
MOT's till 4th August 2026
Alarm fitted by dealer when purchased (CMC Motorcycles)
Fully documented and service history during my ownership (Full service history, All servicing bills, Tax reminders, Petrol receipts, Bill of sale, HPI Check from when I bought it, purchase receipt, Alarm instructions and code)
Standard exhaust (quiet at low revs, sounds great when you press on, gently pops on the overrun, which is quite addictive)
Serviced every year, whether it needed it or not
Valve clearances done, carbs balanced, and a new front tyre at last service in July
Only ridden as a fun bike at the weekends and in dry weather (as far as possible, average 800 miles per year)
Ridden to auction (hopefully not in the rain)
Heavy-duty padlock and chain, disklock offered with the bike
Only selling because I don't ride it regularly enough, and I promised my son a car when he passed his test
