Paperwork includes an operating maintenance and service handbook, Jaguar MK2 booklet, production record trace certificate number, invoice for vehicle, MOT certificate, printed photos of the vehicle, printed 123 ignition installation manual 123/tune, invoices for parts and work done.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be a 1960 Jaguar Mk2 2.4. Please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1960 Jaguar Mk2 2.4 manual with overdrive.
  • Full matching numbers with Moss box and Jaguar Heritage certificate confirmation.
  • Finished in Jaguar Moorland Green with its original red leather interior and walnut wood trim...and a Derrington steering wheel.
  • Early issue transpose indicator/overdrive and recessed sun visors, flat glass headlamps.
  • Original 1st owner from April 1960 until October 2008. 2nd owner undertook full complete bare metal restoration in engine rebuild and with a huge file of receipts, 2008 through 2013.
  • May 2025 to October '25 a full and complete engine head rebuild, cooling system and twin soleex carburetters rebuild - cost £8500.00.

Welcome to our May Auction!

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 13 May 2026 - Tuesday 19 May 2026. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
Please note that we cannot allow under 16s, pets or handbags in the showrooms for viewing.
