Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a previous new keeper's slip, a Motorcycle Sport magazine, and MOT certificates.
The vendor has provided the following:
Kawasaki GPX750R (ZX750-F1)
Registered in 1988 but manufactured in 1987
New parts fitted: Spark Plugs, HT Leads, Air Filter, Oil Filter, Oil, Battery, and Rear hub bearing
This is believed to be the feature bike from the November 1987 Motorcycle Sport magazine, as prepared by Dave Wells of Morris UK Kawasaki, for journalists to ride, one of whom is Rupert Paul
I have spoken to him, and he says he remembers it well (He had a tank slapper at 150MPH through Elvington lights!)
It was also featured in a calendar in 2018
For this reason, we decided to rescue the bike and recommission it
The bike is not 100 percent perfect, so it has room for improvement
It has an aftermarket exhaust fitted; this could be replaced with originals, and the wheels could also do with a refresh
