The vendor has provided the following:
1967, Sprite, Major, large touring Vintage Caravan. Which has been professionally renovated (see below for details)
Although a vintage caravan with a retro feel, it is fit for modern caravanning
The Spite details supplied with the caravan quoted it is the "First of the touring caravan over 15 feet that gained huge popularity, due to the highly publicised endurance test that Spite put the new "Major" through."

Renovation Details/Photographs:
Strip out all existing cabinetry and doors, and set aside for refitting
Remove the gas cooker and set it aside for refitting
Strip out all internal walls and ceiling panels
Remove all rotten/damp, damaged wall panel support timbers and replace with new ones
Once the internal walls and ceiling panels have been removed and dents flattened in the external aluminium
All new and existing timbers to bonded directly to the external aluminium skin, hence strengthening the caravan significantly
Remove all the windows, repair or replace the stays and catches and replace the rubber seals
Remove all plastic window trims and replace them with new ones
Remove all external aluminium joint strips, strip paint from the same and refit, bonding onto the external panelling
Fit new fibreglass insulation
Refurbish, strengthen and refit the main entrance door, replacing gaskets as necessary and ensure the lock is working correctly
Run new 12v cables for the internal lighting system, and supply and fit a new 45amp 12v leisure battery and charger
Supply and fit a new 240V system, with a new RCD consumer unit and two double wall sockets
Supply and fit a new 240V consumer unit with appropriate MCBs and earthing
Supply and fit a new gas supply for the cooker and fridge
Remove the existing floor-mounted water pump
Supply and fit a new 12V water pump, switch and associated pipework
Supply and fit 10 10-litre hot water tank with associated pipework and electric supply
Build a new kitchen cabinet, supply and fit a new sink and a new 3-way fridge
Fit new wall panelling of 4mm birch ply, and also to the ceiling
Build four new seating bunks, two of which are to be removable
All new walls and ceilings are painted
Fit the new floor covering provided by the owner
Supply and fit one new roof light
Refit all original cabinetry as is, and refit the cooker and sink
The cooker was completely stripped and rebuilt
Carry out a full respray, allowing for two solid colours
