The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1972 Covin 911 Turbo Replica PROJECT
  • The body and chassis have never been painted
  • The fibreglass body has never been painted (original), so a full paint job would massively improve the finish of the car
  • The car requires general tidying internally and externally, and recommissioning
  • Huge amounts of paperwork documenting the build, including all receipts and invoices
  • The car was purchased from a deceased estate a few years ago and has been dry stored ever since
  • I believe that the car has never been used on the road
  • It’s essentially a blank canvas for any prospective buyer
  • OEM FUCHS style wheels rims
  • It is registered as having a 1.6-liter engine, but it actually has a 3.0 small-block aluminium V8 Buick/Rover engine fitted (water cooled)
  • The Porsche has a full Covin body and Covin chassis

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 5 November 2025 - Tuesday 11 November 2025. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
