Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a previous V5, various correspondence regarding the vehicle, some Owner's Club information, an old newspaper, various correspondence with invoices for restoration work from Anvil Garage, and a Workshop Manual.

Please note that the private registration SUM 5 is not being sold with the vehicle.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • MG TF bought in 1963
  • Used as a work car, then family car until we grew too big, and daily until 1977 when taken off the road
  • Over subsequent years, the owner stripped the car down to enable bodywork repair when finances and time allowed
  • In 2012, to realise his retirement project, a historic cars specialist undertook a sympathetic restoration
  • The rebuilt car was back on the road and enjoyed from 2015 until 2022
  • The car has been covered and garaged for the past 2 years
  • The workshop manual includes records of all work undertaken between 1963 and 1977 in the rear of the book
  • Records of works to effect sympathetic restoration provided
  • Registered with MG Car Club and listed on the MG T Register
  • Original number plate SUM 5 removed under a Retention Certificate
  • DVLA has re-registered as 676 XWE

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising both local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
