Current V5 present. Paperwork includes an Aalholm collection booklet, old new keeper slip, number plate authorisation certificate, purchase invoice, photos, diagrams, insurance documents, letter from Pre-50 American Auto Club, and invoices.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be an Oakland Laudaulet. Please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1929 Oakland Believe is the only one in the UK
  • Was bought from RM Sotherby's in Denmark as a part of a collection and brought back to England, and has undergone a lot of work
  • Full engine rebuild
  • New manifold to fit the car, which now has a brand new SU Carb fitted for easy running
  • Still runs on 6 volts, in it has had a new wiring loom made and fitted
  • All the shiny wear has been re-nickel like lights, bumpers, grill, etc
  • It has been reupholstered and just needs a few finishing touches

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 23 July 2025 - Tuesday 29 July 2025. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
