Current V5 present. Paperwork includes Owner's Club correspondence, an Authentication Document for Age-Related Registration, a DVLA Application for first vehicle tax registration of a used motor vehicle, a DVLA application to register a vehicle showing VIN, a Declaration of exemption from MOT, correspondence regarding restoration, printed photographs of restoration, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be a 1967 Royal Enfield 500 Twin. Please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1952 Royal Enfield 500 Twin with matching engine & frame, and original gearbox numbers as verified by the R.E.O.C., who now own all Enfield factory records
  • Quite rare now & named simply "500 Twin" which pre-dates the Meteor series of twins
  • From a 40-year ownership, bought as a rebuild project
  • Stored for a good while, then restored over a long period with over £7,000 spent (receipts included), then stored again with 25 miles recorded on a new speedo

Brief summary of work:

  • Mechanical rebuild
  • All electrics replaced or restored
  • Complete new exhaust system
  • Wheels rebuilt with stainless rims & spokes, new tyres & tubes, brakes relined
  • New old stock, Avon H/Bar fairing and screen, plus fittings and much more

Welcome to our October Auction!

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 1 October 2025 - Tuesday 7 October 2025. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
