Paperwork includes documentation and information regarding importation, old tax discs, previous V5s, MOT certificates (French & UK), a Number Plate Authorisation Certificate, an Owner's Handbook, printed history about the vehicle from a previous owner, V11 tax reminders, printed photographs of the vehicle, promotional material, previous motor insurance, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

• 1968 RHD DS Safari (with two pop-up seats in the boot), originally Australian registered, the country where it spent the first decades of its life
• With the most desirable dashboard and with the wonderful BVH semiautomatic gearbox, which means the car has no clutch pedal, but in its place, there is the parking brake
• The BVH system allows you to change gear effortlessly, with just a gentle adjustment of the gearbox 'wand' lever situated on the steering column
• The car comes with a detailed service history, with the records from its time being owned by a British doctor who lived in France, being particularly interesting
• At the rear, the French number plates are still in place underneath the UK-registered plates
• I bought this car in 2019, fulfilling a lifelong dream to own a DS, and have enjoyed entering it in shows and driving through Yorkshire with a bicycle in the back
• I haven't had the time to enjoy it this year, or give it the love and attention it deserves, so I have decided the time is right to sell it on to the next enthusiast keen to own one of the most remarkable cars ever made
• In the years of my ownership, it was initially serviced and worked on by Stuart Agar, near London, and from 2021 onwards by Ray Calvert, a Citroen expert in Bradford. A modern alternator and fuel pump have been fitted, but otherwise the car is remarkably authentic
• Records of the work done each year by Ray Calvert are included in the service history pack
• I have installed rear blinds, and the car comes with a soft outdoor cover made by Classic Additions
