I have owned this Crystal Blue Audi A2 since late 2018, purchased at circa 94,000 miles. Unfortunately, due to health issues / lockdown the car has not been used as much as I intended. Being an A2 enthusiast, I have made various improvements in the past 4 years and the car has always been garaged when not in use. I purchased the car as a good two owner vehicle in original paint (without the common lacquer peel) and with a known of history.
Originally supplied by the Audi dealer in Hull to a local owner and carrying a York registration.
The car had a new clutch kit in 2018 at 93,600 miles. The cambelt and water pump were replaced – also in 2018.
In 2019 I replaced the suspension struts / rear shocks with Bilstein B4 units all round, also replacing top mounts / rear spring seats / rear shocker dust covers etc.
In 2020 the rear bumper cover was taken off and re-sprayed as it had a number of marks.
