The vendor has provided the following:
- 1965 Mk. 3 Austin Healey 3000, BJ8. Reg: FNR 208 C. Vin: HBJ 834184
- Dismantled for a light restoration in the 1970's, it has now been stored in it's current state for nearly fifty years
- A full set of original front and rear wings and two new door shells were purchased from BMC and areincluded. (The rear wings were fitted for a brief period before the car was dismantled)
- The original front wings and doors are present and are potentially restorable
- The aluminium front and rear shrouds are in good condition with no significant flange corrosion
- The tub and chassis are in fair restorable condition
- Despite it's shabby appearance following decades of storage, it offers a good basis for restoration
- Whist a full audit has not been undertaken, all mechanical components are believed to be present.
- DVLA have confirmed that the registration has been reserved to the vehicle
