Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a Land Rover wallet containing owner's manuals, a service book containing 15 stamps, MOT certificates, and various invoices and receipts for parts and work carried out.

The vendor has provided the following:

The Range Rover has only had 3 previous owners. The first was Land Rover, 3rd was a friend who had it for a lot of years. It has always been maintained and has been used as an everyday car.

I have had it 4 and a bit years. In the last few years, its had the following work:

New radiator and water pump
Heater 'o' rings changed
Air suspension valve block completely refurbished with new seals.
Two suspension air bags replaced.
One new rear hight sensor replaced.
Oil cooler pipe replaced
Air Con repaired as it did not work when I bought the car
Both front door lock mechanisms have been replaced to eliminate central locking problems.
This year new battery and a new rear exhaust

All work has been carried out by myself or by a local 4x4 garage.

Fuel gauge is a bit temperamental

Drivers door speaker doesn't work

Central locking always works if the key is used.

It is the remote control that sometimes does not work, but not that often but on occasions it does not work. They are susceptible to radio interference a known problem.

When disconnecting or reconnecting the vehicle battery. DO NOT leave the keys in the car. As possible risk the BCM could activate the locking!
