NOT REGISTERED. No paperwork.
The vendor has provided the following:
But I can confirm if it's helpful or maybe not, but my uncle bought the car in 1965, it was registered to him, and has never been re-registered since
I had done a bit digging and can confirm it went off the road in 1981/82 as a mot failure, due to brakes and possibly front subframe, it was in a garage in ormiston east lothian, the garage owner was a man called ben watson, but my uncle decided not to have it repaired, so was stored in the garage it sat in for 40 odd years
It was definitely on the road, taxed and MOT'd in late 1977, as I passed my test in the car
As a family, we were not really looking for any financial gain; we just hoped, fingers crossed, that it would be bought and restored. A task and a half, I know
The highest bid at the end of the auction will be submitted to the vendor for their consideration.
