The vendor has provided the following:
This Cavalier was provided under lease contract from new to an insurance company as my bosses company car. Not being daily events the car was relatively lightly used for a company car and as the lease came to an end with an option to buy whilst the driver had his eye on the latest appealing French make as its replacement knowing the history of the Cavalier I thought it would be foolish to pass over this opportunity and a deal was done to buy it.
1995 and I’m the proud owner an injected performance saloon. Over the next 25 years the car was used for family transport, holidays, hobbies, visiting events etc
When covid arrived and having had to invest the previous year in a car my now over 90 year old dad could get in and out of more easily I decided to SORN the Cavalier on the basis there was little point paying 2 x Road Tax when travel was being restricted to essential journeys intending to put the SRI back on the road in tip top condition when the crisis was passed.
Come 2024 Dad's house is on the market and the double garage I could use to keep such projects out of the weather etc will shortly be gone, this prompted a serious look at what my ambitions were for the next few years. Now staring 70 in the face the conclusion was that if all my interests were pursued some, if not all will end up less than optimal!
So this 2 owner low mileage, 32 year known history SRI with bodywork benefiting from massively under average winter use is available for someone to continue the story - enjoy
