- My late dad won the car through a cigarette competition (Kim cigarettes) in 1983
- He was absolutely delighted. He'd always owned Volkswagens and had a real passion for them
- Unfortunately, my mum died in 1994. Dad didn't drive again, and so the Golf has been standing since then
- It is white with a white interior, white alloys, and a white roof. It has been stored in a garage all this time
- Copy of congratulations letter and pictures when winning the vehicle in a competion
