Lightened, gusseted and fully seam welded. Boxed bulkhead for carb/airfilter.
Full FIA spec six point Safety Devices roll cage including door bars.
Headlining retained, competition safety glass film to side and rear windows, laminated front windscreen.
Dashboard - works rally type for driver and co-driver.
Sumpguard - Monte Carlo / Scottish Rally type.
Steering: Manual, quick rack 2.2 turns lock to lock.
Suspension: Front: - Competition rubber donuts with height adjustable hi-lo cones.
Competition 2 degree negative camber lower arms with adjustable tie rods.
Rear: - Competition rubber donuts with standard cones.
Spax adjustable shock absorbers all round.
Brakes: Front:- 7.5" diameter discs and calipers with competition brake pads.
Rear:- Cooper S steel drums with standard brake shoes.
Competition in-car adjustable front/rear bias valve.

1275 A-series, fitted with A-plus crankshaft and con rods. Ultralight flywheel 3.8kg and clutch pressure plate, all balanced to 8000rpm.
Camshaft - Megadyne 276 with duplex chain and Rota steel vernier gear set. High pressure oil pump.
Big valve cylinder head ported, polished and skimmed. 11.5 : 1 compression ratio.
Alloy roller rocker assembly 1.5 : 1 ratio.
Clutch plate and diaphragm - AP Racing road/rally plate, orange heavy duty diaphragm.
High torque performance inertia starter motor.
Gearbox: Straight cut transfer gear set.
Clubman straight cut gear set evolution A-plus type 4speed.
Limited slip differential Evolution 45/45 rally. Crown wheel and pinion 3.75 straight cut for LSD.
Classic remote type gear change. Competition drive shafts (Tarmac) with Hardy Spicer driveshaft couplings.
Carburettor: Single Weber 45 DCOE with long ram pipes and K&N air filter with Derrington long branch inlet manifold.
Exhaust: Maniflow stage 2 LCB manifold (3/2/1) 2" diameter. RC40 stainless steel exhaust and skidded silencer, centre exit.
