The vendor has provided the following:

• With a mileage of only 37,000, this Rover 825 Sterling was used by the first owner for three years, and it is my understanding that it was then sold to a funeral director
• It therefore did very few miles and was later sorned, and then bought from an auction house
• Sadly, it was not cared for, and I purchased it in February 2025
• In that time, it has had:
• New windscreen wipers
• New floor mats
• New battery
• Stainless steel exhaust
• Two new remote key fobs
• Major service, including new brake pads and calipers
• Another minor service, brake fluid change, refurbished alloys, screen washer pump repair, cruise control repair
• Has an MOT until 02/02/27 with no advisories, and there is no dash lift
• Drives beautifully on good tyres and hasn't had the mileage to carbon up the new exhaust
• The six-stack CD player in the boot works fully, but only plays originals and not copies. I cannot vouch for the cassette player. Not being in possession of one to play
• Always run on E5 petrol
• New cambelt kit
