Current V5 present. Paperwork includes some printed operational instructions, some printed history about the make and model of the vehicle, old tax discs, a buff log book, V11 tax reminders, MOT certificates, a Royle from Vintage to Classic to Amphibian, including the first High Speed Amphibious Vehicles by David A. C. Royle, and some invoices.
The vendor has provided the following;
- This is a very rare 1939 2-litre OHV Triumph Dolomite Roadster
- This car was restored at no expense in the 1990's by the eminent restorer David Royle of Darlington, and the car is featured in his book
- The car has done very little mileage since its restoration, which reportedly cost over £75000
- Only a small number of these cars are still in existence, and being the rare 6-cylinder version makes it even rarer
- The car comes with a full documented history, written by its previous owner, and the car is currently owned by the past chairman of the pre 1940 Triumph Owners club
- Was one of the last cars produced before Triumph went into receivership in 1940
- Now for sale due to ill health
