Current V5 present. The vendor has provided the following:
Originally a Fitted for Radio (FFR) version Military registration 27F K40 Fairey overdrive with both fuel tanks present. The vehicle was subjected to a nut and bolt restoration about 15 years ago including a new (correct type) rear cross member, footwells, hinge panels, outriggers, front dumb irons, etc. Bulkhead upper and lower were fully weld repaired including a thicker flange where the upper bolts to the lower. Fitted with a Perkins Prima 2.0 diesel engine (ex Montego) with a 200TDi intercooler and coupled via an Integerspin bellhousing adaptor. It would be easy to convert back to a standard engine if required as the only chassis modification required would be to reposition the starter battery back under the bonnet (currently in the box between the seats). Currently fitted with a hard top but offered with all the hood sticks and fittings but no canvas. Spare diesel fuel injection pump The vehicle is fully functional but would now benefit from some tidying up. Only selling as I do not use it enough now due to other projects.
