The vendor has provided the following:
Buell Lightning chopper / Ultima 127ci El Bruto
Built this chopper in 2006/7 and only did 204 miles on it. Enjoyed building it more than riding.
The softail frame has a 38deg rake, plus 5deg on the trees, 3” stretch and 3” up, 10” over forks, hidden front and rear axles. 5” stretched petrol tank.
Frame and oil tank powder coated cobalt blue. Mudguards and tank multiple coats of House of Kolor paint with ghost flames and skull on tank. Light and horn micro switch on bars, this bike is approx 9 foot long.
127.7CI (2092cc) Ultima El Bruto engine, polished and chromed, 140HP/145tq, decompressors in the heads as standard as it will not turn over without these pushed in. Ultima 85mm drag style open primary, 6speed RSD transmission, 1.75KW starter, Wild rider coil, K&N filter with Kuryakyn Skull cover. Hydraulic clutch. Ultima programmable ignition. Odyssey gel battery. Proform cooling oil filter plus an oil cooler on downtube. Mikuni 45mm HSR carb. Think it’s a Martin Brothers pipe, straight thru.
250 x 18” rear tyre, 90 x 21” front tyre.
Bike was used very little as miles stated, spent since 2009 in my garage. Turned over and started/warmed up regular. Last summer changed the oils and filter, new oil hoses to/from tank, fresh fuel and plugs, cleaned out the carb, new battery and started up ok. Ran it up to temperature and changed engine oil and filter again to be on safe side. New inlet rubber on carb. New forward controls and a rear caliper, bled through brakes and clutch and got it MOTd. MOTd to 2nd October 24. Registered as a Buell Lightning.
It starts and runs on, on the road pulls well. Really could do with a good long run and set up of carb and it likes to breath better with the air filter off. As the chrome is 17 years old, some of the chrome is past it, some of it will clean up. As it is a polished and chromed performance engine it retains heat, and as per the Ultima engine booklet it is best not to idle it.
