The vendor has provided the following:

The car was bought by my dad in 1997 and driven regularly by him until ill health prevented him from doing so. Has now been garaged and not driven for 20 years. It is currently a non-runner. I asked a local garage to look at it about 7 years ago. They said it needed a new starter motor & other electrical parts. The brakes were seized and removed. They were not classic car specialists and couldn’t undertake any other work. The car was returned to my garage where it has been since. It does have some rust as shown in the photos, the driver's front door internal panel needs attention and it has a flat tyre (it does have a spare).
