Current V5 present. Paperwork includes two buff log books, a previous vehicle listing, a previous V5, MOT certificates, a Driver's Handbook, printed photographs of the vehicle, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Acquired Mini in 2004
  • Over next +20yrs have carried out full bare metal restoration, body was stripped to its shell was then shot blasted and sealed, over many years the damaged metal was cut out and replaced with new heritage steel
  • The gaps and flushes on this car are close to modern day standard
  • The body shell was part painted on a rotation jig to allow access all areas to seal and paint the body, finished with base and clear
  • All mechanical parts subframes /suspension / brakes were replaced / upgraded, where required or refurbed
  • 10x4.5J cooper S Wheels / Yokohama Tyres
  • Full new wiring harness installed, electrics refurbed or replaced
  • The car is fitted with a 1000 engine has been re built with new pistons, balanced crank lightened flywheel, 998 cooper head with harden seats, new camshaft etc., gear box has been converted to 4 synchro box and 3.44 diff / retains the pudding gear change
  • The engine happily cruses at modern day speeds
  • The interior / seats, panels and roof have been professionality re-upholstered to a very high standard
  • I have documented list of most of the money spent on the restoration in parts alone totals around £10,000
  • The car has covered around 100 miles since completion last year
  • The above comments barely scratch the surface of the work I have carried out in the restoration
  • Comes with a portfolio to document the story line of the work I carried and many more photos of the work carried out over the years, also receipts, manuals, old MOTs and original old Registration/ Log book and history of the car for new buyer.

Please note that commission bids left on our website must be submitted:

  • by 5pm on Tuesday before the auction for lots going through on Wednesday
  • by 5pm on Wednesday before the auction for lots going through on Thursday
  • by 5pm on Thursday before the auction for lots going through on Friday

Please note that for our Live event in August, the commission bidding deadline will be:

  • Friday 21st  August at 3 pm for lots going through on Saturday 22nd
  • Saturday 22nd August at 5 pm for lots going through on Sunday 23rd

Welcome to our September Auction!

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 16 September 2026 - Tuesday 22 September 2026. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

We have a free coach service running between Pickering, our showrooms and Thornton-le-Dale to help you access the site and reduce congestion. Please see the coach timetable here.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
Please note that we cannot allow under 16s, pets or handbags in the showrooms for viewing.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that all lots are sold as seen and without any warranty implied or given. You must satisfy yourself as to a lot's description and condition before you decide to bid. We recommend that you inspect the lot in person during the general viewing days held prior to the auction or call us to arrange for an individual appointment.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
