The vendor has provided the following:
- Ford Escort Series 1 RS Turbo
- 4 previous keepers
- This car was fully restored in 2014 in a body shop
- It was a full strip down and basically a nut and bolt rebuild
- The engine and turbo were stripped and completely rebuilt
- New ancillaries: new suspension, bushes, brakes, fuel and brake lines, bearings
- Anything that couldn’t be bought new was shot blasted and powder coated, new clutch, etc, etc, etc
- Over 300 hours went into the car
- It’s had a lot of love and has been very much enjoyed
- After the engine had been run in, it had fresh oils, then tuned at Ray West tuning in Thruxton
- I have only covered around 2,000 miles in it
- It’s always been dry stored and has only gotten wet once in the last 11 years
- Change in circumstances has led to the sale
