The vendor has provided the following:

• I bought this car off a lady who had imported it from Japan, a needs to my wants at the time
• I never used it, but stored it in my garage with a sheet over it
• After 5 years, it would not start, flat battery, and the petrol pump was not receiving any power
• So I have temporarily substituted a power feed of my own making for the car to be loaded (The petrol is no good, as it is five years old!)
• I don't think there is much of a problem, and the new owner would probably rather repair it themselves
