Current V5 present. Paperwork includes buff logbook, DVLA correspondence, printed photos, vehcile verification letter from The Miltary Vehicle Trust, purchase invoice, and Maintenance manual.

The Vendor has provided the following:

• It is believed that the jeep originally came to the UK with the American Forces in 1942 at one of their Airbases in Lincolnshire where it remained in service until 1958
• 1st Registered 1958 with this number, with original Buff Logbook from 1958 included with the Jeep
• It has been inspected and certified by the Military Vehicle Society in 2003 to be Genuine and Original 1942 Willy’s Jeep, with the authentication paperwork supplied with the vehicle and the accompanying letter to the DVLA for traceability
• This is the same year the Jeep was restored to original condition
• The Jeep was purchase in 2008 by present owner, where it was dry stored
• Coming out for such events as the Pickering War Weekends and for show on remembrance weekends
• It was also re-inspected in 2026, again by the Military Vehicle Society Inspector as working vehicle/roadworthiness as part of the V5C application. (V765 also supplied and signed by
  inspector)
• all electrics working, has recently had a new battery fitted, coolant flushed and replaced
• Also, a general service (Oil and greasing)
• Runs on 97 octane unleaded fuel
