Current V5 present. Paperwork includes an Application to register a vehicle showing the VIN, a Number Plate Authorisation Certificate, a NOVA confirmation, printed photographs of the vehicle, and previous insurance documents.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be a Citroen C4g MFP; please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Probably the first ‘estate’ car ever made, it was advertised as being ‘two cars in one, a van for the butcher/baker during the week and comfortable family transport at the weekend. The same body was also used for the limousine version
  • This car is left-hand drive, has a three-speed gearbox, cable brakes, and a transmission handbrake
  • Finished in black over royal blue with a fine gold pinstripe
  • The engine is a four-cylinder, side valve, approximately 1600cc
  • I bought the car about 5 years ago, and since then it has undergone a total restoration, body off, chassis blasted and epoxy painted, re-wired with cotton braided cable incorporating a discrete fuse box for safety
  • Brakes, radiator core, clutch, tyres are new, steering box, dynamo are re-built. Engine inspected, found to be in very good condition, new piston rings fitted
  • All lights except the yellow headlights are LED
  • The interior has new headlining, and the upholstery fabric is NOS original pattern material

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 5 November 2025 - Tuesday 11 November 2025. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
