The vendor has provided the following:

  • This car was registered at County Hall, Chelmsford, on 31st December 1951
  • The D series A125 Sheerline is powered by Austin's famous 4 litre/3995cc, 6 cylinder engine
  • Direct relation to the 5-ton truck of the late 40s and 50s
  • Its original owner was Mr J.W. Pamment of Rawrath, Essex
  • During the mid-70s, the vehicle was found to be at The Gables Service Station along with other classic vehicles in their showroom
  • In 1995, Mr Bill Boag of Greys, Essex, purchased TPU 515, and a programme of full restoration began
  • The vehicle has been completely re-sprayed
  • New headlining, carpets, and new leather seating throughout
  • Has always been stored within a garage
  • 2 x boxed Lucus reflectors model 506595
  • Roof rack, new in box
  • 2 x batteries
  • Additional box with sundries in car and boot inc. wiper blades (removed for transit)

Welcome to our March Auction!

The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 4 March 2026 - Tuesday 10 March 2026. 

Prospective buyers are encouraged to view specific lots pre-auction and inspect paperwork if available.

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.

We recommend that you inspect the lot in person during the general viewing days held prior to the auction or call us to arrange for an individual appointment.
