Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a buff log book, a book called Norm's technicalities, a previous V5, a service manual, a Velocette owner's club book, Velocette owner's club information, and an invoice.

The vendor has provided the model of the vehicle to be a Velocette MSS 500cc, please confirm upon your own inspection.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Much money was spent on it
  • The bike has been in the garage for a few years; therefore, the battery has gone flat
  • To start the bike, this is what I would generally do:
  • After turning on the petrol, use the tickler on the carburettor until the petrol comes out of the tickler, three-quarters to full choke, and then turn the engine over using the valve lifter, half throttle, and then kick start the bike
  • In the spares that came with the bike, there is the original Velocette air filter

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
 
Each auction throughout the year will witness a collection / donation.
