Current V5 present. Paperwork includes the operating, maintenance, and service handbook, Production Record Trace Certificate, sales invoice, registration document from Natal, photocopy of registration document, DVLA correspondence, insurance document, wiring diagram, and previous partial V5.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Jaguar Heritage registered 1972 V12 E-Type manual that I am now looking to sell due to health issues
  • It is an original UK car and has a genuine 23k miles on it
  • The car is immaculate, having had a full sympathetic restoration including an IRS rebuild, upgraded cooling, water pump conversion, new front end, new brakes, wire wheels, new tyres, suspension, etc
  • I estimate that it has cost me around £75 - £80k, which I was happy to spend at the time, as I intended to pass this to my son in a few years. Health issues have unfortunately changed those plans
  • This car, as verified on the Jaguar Heritage Certificate and on other supplied documentation, is an original British right-hand drive, manual transmission car manufactured and purchased in 1972
  • Later in 1972 it was shipped to South Africa where it remained in this dry climate until coming back to the UK in 1990, hence the difference of dates on V5
