Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a Ford wallet containing Owner's Manuals, a Service booklet containing 3 stamps, MOT certificates, some printed Service and MOT history, and some invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • This is an early ST24 and has the factory-fitted RSAP body kit, which was an extra cost option on the early cars, and a full set of 5x turbine alloy wheels
  • The car was purchased from Dovercourt Ford on 31/10/1997 and registered with the private registration of R1 FJW, and it continued to be serviced there by the 1st owner with the main dealer stamps in the service book
  • The car passed to a relative and was assigned its current registration of R202 KAR on 18/02/2006
  • In 2015, the car was sold to a collector in Battle near Brighton who looked after it carefully until I took ownership on 04/03/2023 to add to my own growing collection
  • In my care, the Mondeo has been regularly maintained by a trusted local garage and comes with a brand new MOT
  • I have actually been using it as a daily driver for the last 6 months whilst I searched for my new modern car
  • As expected, there are some minor blemishes, such as some lacquer peel on the rear spoiler and the driver’s seat stitching has come apart in the usual seam (the leather is not damaged, so it can be restitched), but it has the makings of a potential show car with very little investment
  • I had intended to keep the Mondeo for much longer, but the restoration of my 1983 XR3i is haemorrhaging cash, so regretfully, it is time for the Mondeo to find a new home
