The vendor has provided the following information:
The ignititon switch is a shiny button in the centre of the dash. Push in for "on". The starter button is the black one near the steering wheel. The battery would best be used as a door stop and the starter can jam in the fly wheel. To free it just put the car in gear and rock it backward and forward. You'll hear it go when it's disengaged and you'll be able to turn the engine on the starting handle. There's no fuel gauge, it's low, a suitable stick suffices.
