The vendor has provided the following:
- Driven 200 miles to the auction.
- In early 2016, James Walshe of Practical Classics pulled the car out from its slumber
- It was parked up in the owner's garage in 1991
- James recommissioned it and drove it, along with three other cars, to a car show in Switzerland
- I bought a copy of Practical Classics out of the blue, and happened to see the first article on the car
- I asked to buy the car when he was moving it on
- It came to me in October 2016 with 28,000 miles
- I have been on car tours and jaunts all over the country, and two years ago, a bare metal respray was completed
- I'm only selling it because it seems to spend too much time sitting in my garage while I'm busy at work
