Current V5 present. Paperwork includes Dolomite & Sprint parts and accessories catalogue, old tax discs, previous new keeper slip, printed photographs, Triumph Dolomite handbook, various MOT certificates, and invoices for parts and work.
The vendor has provided the following:
Only covered 6,631 miles in the last 16 years. Subjected to full restoration completed 2002 that was documented in an article by Tony Beadle, (then Mag Editor) of Triumph World Mag. Copy available with documents. Complete bare metal respray, including underside, new panels fitted where required.
Smal repair required in back corner of roof liner. Working overdrive gearbox with extensive work carried out on engine and running gear. Chrome in very good order.
Petrol tank drained and new E5 petrol added.
Restoration work carried out.
- Engine rebored 1mm oversize to almost 1900cc.
- Oversize pistons with bottom end fully lightened and balanced.
- Crankshaft fully balanced.
- TR7 Inlet Manifold. St6ainless Steel exhaust.
- 1.75" Twin HS6 SU Carbs.
- Stage 2 gas-flowed cylinder head and a Kent fast road cam with 35 mm inlet valves:- 29mm exhaust valves. Extra strong double springs. Steel valve guides.
- Ported and polished head.
- Electronic ignition
- High performance HT leads.
- Oil cooler.
- Spin on oil filter conversion.
- K & N Air filters.
- Kenlowe auto fan with temp adjustment and manual switch if required.
- Sprint radiator.
- Sprint axle with uprated internals.
- Overdrive gearbox with uprated internals.
- Polybushed suspension all round.
- Sprint alloy wheels, diamond cut and polished.
- Uprated EBC front discs.
- Complete bare metal respray including underside new panels fitted where required.
- All glass replaced and fitted with Sprint Sundym glass.
