Current V5 present. Paperwork includes previous V5s, printed diagrams, some written notes, V11 tax reminders, MOT certificates, and various invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Midget 1500 converted to 1800 K Series engine with many Caterham parts, plus 5-speed Ford type 9 gearbox
  • Larger metal throttle body for more power and better throttle pedal feel
  • Recent ignition system and cooling system upgrades with very high-quality cap/leads/etc, and all silicone hoses and alloy radiator
  • The heater has been retained, so it's a very usable car at all times of the year
  • Interior backdated to earlier style very recently, all seats, carpets, etc
  • Set of Minilite copy wheels with good condition tyres
  • Exterior has been debumpered and backdated to look like an early square wheel arch car
  • Has been slightly lowered as a result of the large weight reduction, and the 1500s ride higher as standard anyway
  • Correctly registered on the V5 as 1800 with engine number matching
  • ECU etc is from a Rover 45 and has the correct fob and can be immobilised (insurance companies like this!)

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
