The vendor has provided the following:
- Ford Capri Mk1 3000E
- Built Dec 1969, first registered May 1970
- Rick Wood's engine rebuild topped with triples
- Output circa 240/280 with tuned exhaust, limited-slip differential, cost circa £20k
- The engine covered around 1000 miles, suspension and running gear around 2/3000 miles
- Family is the 3rd owner, owned for the last 43 years, and retained in a heated garage
- Insured at 25k pre-engine work
- All original engine top end available with the car, likewise tuned exhaust, will require shipping by the buyer
- Slight paint defect on the offside due to the rope rubbing through transportation
