The vendor has provided the following:
This vehicle was previously sold by the Bangers and Cash team in March 2024.
Work included:
- Total strip down of the car
- Fabricated new outer steel shell
- Strip down of the ash frame, grafted in new wood
- Remade the bulkhead
- Repaired bonnet panels, and front wings
- Make and reconstruct timber frame
- Full paint job in original colour ‘Nile Blue’
- Repaired door frames and reskinned
- New carpets
- New wiring loom with correct regulators
- Speedometer overhauled
- Gearbox drive repaired
- New tyres and rebuilt re-enameled wheels
- Radiator shell repaired and rechromed (triple plated)
A later rebuilt engine had been fitted by a previous owner - so other than servicing little has been done to this aspect of the vehicle.
