Replacement front modular seats Exmoor trim with pneumatic lumbar support.
2017 Ashcroft Transmissions, new main gearbox, transfer box (119,058 miles) and clutch (114,386 miles) prior to road trip to Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia.
2019 major refurbishment (129,850 miles) included - New Galvanised Richard Chassis, gearbox cross member, front turrets and rear body support member all prepared with degreaser, Twash, 2 coats ARC RITE primer, 2 coats arc rite glass reinforced black chassis paint.
Both axles, panhard rods, steering rods, Boge unit, PAS box all removed body mounting brackets, cleaned, rust inhibited, undercoated and finished with arc rite glass reinforced black chassis paint.
New terra firma RTC steering damper, Double S stainless exhaust system and mounting rubbers.
New fuel tank, cradle, mounting rubbers, filler hose and breather hose.
New front and rear springs and Britpart Supergas shock absorbers.
New Britpart polyurethane suspension bush kit, whole vehicle.
New clutch kit, plate, cover, release bearing and HD arm.
New self levelling unit top and bottom ball joints.
New rear axle half shafts and internal oil seals, drive flanges, input shaft seal, diff casing gasket.
New rear axle shock absorbers, mounting plates, retaining straps and springs
New front axle swivel hubs, internal oil seals, retaining plates, swivel pins and bearings.
New front acle shock absorbers, springs, mounting plates and retaining straps
New track rod ends, Delphi (3)
Repainted 2022 - Epson Green Pearl and welding to door pillars
