The viewing period for this auction is Wednesday 8 April 2026 - Tuesday 14 April 2026. 

The entrance fee is £5 per person during the viewing periods at our Pickering branch. 
This forms part of our annual fundraising to help local and national charities chosen by us.
Please note that we cannot allow under 16s, pets or handbags in the showrooms for viewing.
 
NOTICE TO BUYERS:
All lots are sold strictly as seen, with no warranties or guarantees implied or provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with the description and condition of any lot before placing a bid. We strongly encourage you to inspect items in person during the scheduled viewing days prior to the auction. Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange a private appointment, during which you may also choose to consult an independent expert. Please ensure you review the full terms and conditions before participating.

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm

Saturday: 9am – 12pm

Auction Days are closed.

 

Collection of your lots

We ask that you collect your lots within two weeks of the auction date. After this period, you will incur a £10 +VAT storage charge per day which will need to be paid against your auction invoice.

We require 48 hours notice of any collection. There can be no vehicle collections on the Saturday and Monday after each auction.

If you have informed us by email, please ensure you have received a confirmation email from us before coming to collect. If we don’t know that you are coming, your vehicle may be blocked in by many others and inaccessible.

We are unable to ship items of memorabilia due to the risk of loss or damage. Please arrange to collect your item in person.

Please Note:
Unless otherwise requested and confirmed in writing to our office, both your invoice details and DVLA V5 information will be taken directly from the information supplied on your account.
