Probably true to say that my age group have a love for early post- war models similar to and including the Somerset. So advanced from the widely owned pre-war cars still predominant in the 1950’s. OHV engines, 4 speed column gear change and the option of a heater were more important than ever before to the 50’s motorist.
This Somerset is finished in coronation Beige with beautiful original Tan leather seating, Tan floor covering and factory sunroof. An opportunity to purchase an unrestored A40, even down to the original Maroon paintwork throughout the engine bay!
Most of its history is available with a genuine mileage of just 40,000 miles.
